– Pork loin strip.
– Salt, sugar, PDO La Vera pepper, garlic paste, glucose syrup, extra virgin olive oil, E-301 antioxidant, flavourings (contains smoke flavour), preservatives (E-252 and E-250) and spices.
– Micro-perforated multi-layer collagen encasing, from calibre 60 to 90, as required by the raw material.
– The encasing undergoes a surface treatment to reduce mould during the curing process. This consists of a brine solution with controlled quantities of additives E-202 and E-235.

Product ready for consumption. We recommend partially pulling the synthetic fibre back and slicing with machine or knife, in 1.5-2.0 mm slices, and consuming the product at room temperature immediately after cutting. Delicious as a snack.

Once the piece is open, protect what is left inside food-quality plastic film and store in the refrigerator. Consuming the encasing is not recommended, due to the anti-mould treatment applied during the process.

Store in a cool, dry place.
