These General Conditions are applicable to the sale of all www.rokelin.com products to professionals, companies, consumers, users or any other end recipient to whom orders may be delivered within European territory.
In any event, when a client uses our services, this entails adherence to these General Hiring Conditions at the moment when the services are hired. Thus, it is advisable that the client read the General Conditions before making an order.
PRICE
The prices specified for each product are unitary prices in Euros. The prices applicable to each order are shown on the webpage for each product on the date when the order is placed. All prices bear pertinent VAT. The whole SLICED ham option has an additional supplement of 5€ per piece. Rokelin S.L.U. reserves the right, at any time and with no prior warning, to make modifications it deems convenient to the website www.rokelin.com, and may update, even on a daily basis, products and prices depending on the requirements of the supplier to whom they belong.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay for purchases at www.rokelin.com by bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery in Spain, the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. The payment method for the rest of Europe will be by credit card.
SHIPPING
Shipments are made through the transport agency SEUR. Delivery times for orders in Spain, Spain and the Balearic Islands will be 24/48 hours; For the rest of Europe, the delivery time will be 72/96 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed from the Monday following your purchase.
The shipping costs are specified once the address is indicated during the purchase process. Customers who place orders over € 100 in Spain, the peninsula and the Balearic Islands and € 300 for the rest of Europe can benefit from FREE delivery.
CANCELLING ORDERS
The purchase is not effective until payment is made and it has been received, along with the transaction number from the Caja Rural de Teruel payment gateway service. If payment is not completed correctly, the operation is cancelled and will not be taken into account for any purpose. Before placing the payment on the Caja Rural de Teruel’s secure server, the client may go back a page at any time, and the order will not be made effective. It is advisable to print the purchase receipt upon placing the payment, as proof of the transaction.
COMPLAINTS
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, you have 7 days after the date of reception to inform Rokelin S.L.U. of your complaint. After this period has passed, Rokelin S.L.U. cannot guarantee a refund. To file your complaint, you must clearly explain the reasons in detail and state the order number, by email or by sending a letter to the following postal address:

RETURNS
If, after making the purchase, you wish to cancel one of the products therein, you can tell us before shipping it, or up until 3 days after the date of reception. Complaint-Return Form
Please state the reason for the return and the order number. Once you have reported the return, you must send the product to the address provided above, properly packaged and sealed. We recommend using a secure return shipment method. Rokelin S.L.U. will verify that the product is in a perfect state of conservation and quality, and will then refund the product. This refund does not include shipping and return costs, unless the reason for the return is that the product was in an improper condition. Rokelin S.L.U. takes care of all customer complaints and returns.
If the reason that the product is being returned is because it is in improper condition, the return period is extended to 30 days, and Rokelin S.L.U. bears the shipping and return costs.
